Refund policy

Supplement Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used food supplement products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or supplied in error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at james@neurothrive.ie with your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer protection law.
