The Night Everything Changed

It started with a seizure.

The Problem With Most Supplements

MTHFR affects an estimated 40% of the population. Most of them don't know they have it. Those who do are often told to simply take folic acid — the synthetic, inactive form of folate that people with MTHFR variants cannot efficiently convert.
