I’ve been taking this magnesium before bed and I’m really happy with it. I find that it helps me sleep better and wake up feeling more rested, so I’ve definitely noticed a difference since adding it to my evening routine.

I also like that it’s magnesium bisglycinate, which is a form I specifically prefer, and the dosage provides a good amount of elemental magnesium per serving.

The capsules are easy to take and swollen with little to no taste and no aftertaste. I’ve had no adverse reactions or after effects.
