How To Take It

One tablet daily with food. Morning is best — methylated B vitamins can feel energising, and some people find an evening dose affects their sleep.

If you're new to methylated B vitamins, start with one tablet every second day for the first week, then move to daily. Some people are sensitive to methyl donors when they first begin.
