Why the combination
D3 and K2, together. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. Vitamin K and vitamin D both contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. One softgel covers both.
D3 is fat soluble. It's best taken with fat, which is exactly what a fish oil softgel provides.
Vitamin E in the formula. Omega-3 oils can oxidise, and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, so it earns its place on the label.
Who it's for
Anyone who doesn't eat oily fish two or three times a week. Particularly handy through the darker months, when sunlight is limited in Ireland, the UK and northern Europe.
